Who we are ?

Mitesh Karwat could very possibly go down in the Guinness book of the world records for the guy who's eaten the most number of Vadapav. This is his story. Many year back, Mitesh had to travel a lot in Gujarat. Being on the road a lot, his life depended on street food vendors mostly. Out of everything that he snacked on, what he was particularly fond of, was Vadapav, Samosa, Idli, Misal, he probably tried hundreds of Vadapav in the quest to find that one vendor who sold the perfect theekha garlicky Vadapav he never found it, also nor did he find authentic punjabi samosa.
